Investors and landlords

Discussing potential supported-housing arrangements, subject to property checks and written terms.

Join us in making a difference

Other Benefits

Clear commercial terms: Supported-housing partnerships can offer longer-term arrangements for suitable properties. Rent, lease length, responsibilities and any risks are agreed for each property, so prospective partners can review the full terms before proceeding.

Intended social purpose: A suitable home can form part of a supported-housing service for adults with eligible needs. Outcomes depend on the resident, accommodation, commissioned support and wider care plan and are not an investment guarantee.

Defined management responsibilities: The written agreement identifies who manages residents, repairs, compliance, insurance, utilities and access. Prospective partners should take their own legal, tax and financial advice.

How It Works

  1. Consultation: Start with a consultation to discuss your investment objectives and explore how you can get involved. Whether you are looking to invest in new properties or convert your existing property into supported housing, we tailor solutions to meet your requirements.
  2. Property assessment: Relevant parties assess location, layout, accessibility, condition, planning and building requirements, safety evidence and operational suitability. No property is accepted until the required checks and approvals are complete.
  3. Agreement and setup: The parties document commercial terms and responsibilities for refurbishment, furnishing, certificates, insurance, mobilisation and ongoing management. Timescales and financial outcomes are not guaranteed by this page.
  4. Ongoing management: Our dedicated team coordinates resident well-being, property maintenance and housing compliance in line with the responsibilities agreed with each landlord.
