Why we began
Support should add to a life, not take it over.
SLS supports adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and other support needs. We start with the person: what matters to them, the home they want and the life they are building.
Homes, care and support vary by service and are agreed through referral, assessment and each person's funded plan. What stays consistent is our aim to make choices clear and keep the person involved.
