How to make a payment

Choose a secure payment method, check what reference to include and find help with your current balance.

Pay only the organisation named on your current rent or service-charge notice. Confirm the amount, recipient and reference before using a link or bank details. Never send card or bank information through the general contact form.

Current Balance

The resident online portal is coming soon. Contact the organisation that issued your rent or service-charge notice to request a current balance.

Payment Options

The options below are published SLS payment routes. Before paying, check that the payment page shows the expected recipient and that your agreement or current notice tells you to pay SLS using that route.

1. Credit or Debit Card

  • The link opens the external SumUp payment service.
  • Check the recipient, amount and any fee displayed by SumUp before approving payment.
  • Do not continue if the recipient is unexpected.

2. Direct Debit

  • The link opens an external GoCardless mandate page.
  • Check the creditor and Direct Debit terms before submitting bank details.

3. Direct Bank Transfer

  • Request bank details using the trusted contact information on your current rent statement or signed agreement.
  • Verify any changed bank details by telephone before making a transfer.
