From enquiry to moving in

A clear next step, with you involved

Our referrals team keeps the person and their supporters involved as suitability, funding and the move-in plan are considered.

  1. Step 01

    Share an initial enquiry

    Give us a concise picture of the person, their goals, support needs and preferred location.

  2. Step 02

    Talk with referrals

    We contact you to understand the situation, answer questions and explain the secure route for documents.

  3. Step 03

    Assess suitability

    The person and relevant supporters are involved while needs, risks, funding and available homes are considered.

  4. Step 04

    Visit and plan

    If SLS may be suitable, we arrange a visit and work together on the support, funding and move-in plan.

  5. Step 05

    Move in and settle

    Once the placement is agreed, we plan the move and help you feel at home from your first day.
