Information for neighbours
Building communities together.
Overview
Use the contact or complaint route to share a concern or suggestion about an SLS-listed service. Provide the location, date, time and a factual description, but do not put yourself at risk or include unnecessary personal information about a resident.
Share your views
Neighbours can share practical suggestions about the immediate area or communication with the service. The responsible team will consider the information and identify whether SLS, the legal landlord, the council or another organisation is best placed to respond.
Submit a complaint
Report persistent noise, property concerns or other neighbourhood issues using the contact form. Call 999 for an immediate danger or crime in progress. Antisocial behaviour and safeguarding concerns have separate routes.
Response process
The team records the submission, checks which organisation is responsible and may ask for more information. Response time depends on urgency, evidence and the organisation involved; this page does not promise a fixed timescale.
Community guidelines
We encourage respectful and constructive feedback. Please ensure your submissions adhere to our community guidelines, promoting a respectful and positive environment.
Get involved
If a local meeting or consultation is arranged, the service team will provide current details. This page does not promise a monthly meeting at every property.
